I am sure shopping with you will be much easier, although I have to say I was very impressed by the level of service received before you added your 'add to shopping cart' feature. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, rummaging through stock whilst I was on the phone and running down to the local post office to get my order out to me - I was very impressed by this 'personal' approach. I will however look forward to shopping with you on-line in the future and browsing through your delightful products
April 2007	I would like to say how wonderful the site is and really look forward to being able to order online, just hope my card can cope :) I have received fantastic service from the telephone orders that I have placed and have always received the items very quickly.
